You can brew on the stovetop, steep in a cup, teapot or plunger. Brew 1 heaped teaspoon of goodguts Masala Chai with your choice of milk or milk & water - sweeten to taste. You can add other chai tea to your teapot.
STOVETOP: Simmer 1/2 cup of water or milk & 1 heaped teaspoon of goodguts Masala Chai for 5 mins. Add 1/2 cup milk & simmer on a low heat for a further 2 mins - careful not to boil (for the chai taste - it is ok to boil our probiotic - it won't affect the probiotic power). Strain into a cup and enjoy.
