I'm hopeless at remembering to take tablets everyday, but tea I have to have every morning or I don't cope very well at all! So it was a cinch for me to swap to Goodguts breakfast tea and get a daily dose of probiotic goodness in my morning cuppa. I found it wasn't quite as strong as the old Twinings, so I've just been leaving the teabag in. The tea has a nice flavour, you really don't taste the probiotic at all. Love this product.
